I found the staff to be helpful and always available. My room included its own roof terrace, and this elevated the experience. Breakfast offered a good selection with many choices.

I really liked the location. It was super close to vatican city! so many restaurants are also nearby, and i found tasty gelato. the staff were friendly. They helped me find my way. the free breakfast was good, and the room i had was so quiet. This made it easy to sleep. i loved it!

the location was acceptable because of it proximity to the vatican.
the room i got was pretty worn. the shower leaked badly after a short shower, so water covered the entire floor. also, the bathroom door did not close and it was without any lock, this was really unhandy.
